1 - We will perform a thorough pre-inspection of the carpet, noting areas of concern, identifying potential issues and consulting with you.

2 - We will make a recommendation for services to maximize the life of your carpeting and provide a firm quotation for services.

3 - We will vacuum all areas to be cleaned, as needed, to remove insoluble dry soils that do not dissolve with the use of detergents.

4 - We will move basic, light furniture in your common living areas such as the living room & dining room. We do not move bedroom furniture, electronics or breakable items.

5 - We will apply a heavy duty emulsifying detergent specially formulated for your carpet to maximize soil removal, paying special attention to pre-existing spots and spills.

6 - OPTIONAL: We will utilize our Pile-Lifting Deep-Scrubber, with counter rotating brush technology, designed to remove 75% more soiling than steam cleaning alone.

7 - We will utilize our truck-mounted, high power, high heat, steam rinsing equipment to extract suspended soils and pH balance your carpeting.

8 - We will perform a final walk-through inspection with you to make sure you are 100% Satisfied with the service we provided. If there are any concerns, we will address those with advanced stain removal techniques if necessary.
